There are many patients whose injuries are treated at our facility as a result of work related injuries or automobile accidents. Many patients, as a result of the Center's many therapeutic procedures, return to full health and resume normal daily living activities. However, as a result of the accident or injury the patient may have some form of permanent or partial disability which can be determined by our experienced medical staff. This determination is called an Impairment Rating. An impairment rating is a medical assessment of the body as a whole or to a specific body part. This rating may be used to calculate the worker's compensation benefits owed to the claimant or the financial reward provided to a claimant involved in an automobile accident.
